Minimal, bleak lighting, comfy beds. Central enough if you don’t mind a walk. No electrical outlets in the kitchen!! Good for family maybe.

The location was good. Just around the corner from the Ninja museum. We took a taxi from the train station as we arrived very late (1000Yen).

We liked the more traditional style of the accommodation and that it was an apartment, rather than hotel rooms. It was close to restaurants and shops and was really close to the excellent Ninja weapon museum which you can see from the window. We can't comment much on staff, as we didn't see any (everything was done remotely), however the instructions email didn't arrive due to a technical issue and the only way of communicating was via email. This was responded to promptly and the issue resolved before we arrived.
