communication was easy, as we had no set plans, we arrived late and they were able to accommodate our request to access the keys and accoms. The facilities were great and everything was clean and neat. Location was close enough to the station to walk and walkable to many convenience stores and eateries.

Whole house within walking distance from Kanazawa station with a lot of restaurants close by. They provided good japanese tea and the duvets were really fluffy. There was a heater to heat the apartment up. It was spacious

The location is very convenient for Kanazawa station, and the check-in/reception desk is just around the corner with very helpful and welcoming staff. The property is large, with a comfortable downstairs kitchen/dining area and two good sized rooms upstairs for sleeping. The house was warm and cosy. This property is close to perfect for a small family - it was great for us! The value for money was excellent.
