We arrived late and was told that we had been upgraded, little did I know to the most amazing room with all the bells and whistles, absolutely amazing with our own shower that turns into a steam room in 10 min,. We also got a welcome teddy and fruit 🍓🍑 plater that was replenished the next day, I just wish we were staying for longer, the service and staff were the best I have experienced in a very long time.if you are staying in Genting Highlands this is probably one of the best.great comfortable bed and coffee making facilities etc etc
