The staff are friendly and the manager was very helpful in providing guidance where needed. The food is good and they have an amazing band playing on Saturday. Place is secure and cost is pocket friendly considering its half board.Overall had a good experience as rested while catching up with my friends. Will definitely recommend it.

“Fantastic stay! The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating—especially the guy who was in the early morning shift ( sorry I forgot his name ) who helped us with early check-in. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again!” Thanks you.

Breakfast was so great (the best thing is not having to prepare it yourself) and the staff very welcoming. The swimming pool is long and best wifi is at the bar, which is perfect to work a bit remotely and chill at the same time. Also the Infinity hotel is very well located in the heart of Kampala, just near the ethiopian village on one side, with a more kampalaesque vibe, and the diplomats area on the other, with gentrified places where people who seek that can find good wifi spots, coffee, trendy restaurants and designers and dairy-free stuff :-)
