The fine print
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the card holder's protection, if the card holder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.Please note that the hot tub jets cannot be used after 2300, no music is to played after this time and we ask if voices be kept to a minimum volume.
No children under the age of 16 may use the hot tub.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast delicious and the pool and hot tub amazing! We were upgraded to a pool view room with its own balcony and it was lovely. The A/C worked perfectly, too.

Beautifully clean and well presented hotel. Good size pool with bar and bar snacks available and comfortable sunbeds. We Our room was upgraded and was spacious and comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach, cafes and restaurants. A less than five minute walk to the public bus stop means you can access all parts of the island for euros a journey. We awoke early most mornings to walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrises. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This was our second visit to the Zephyros Hotel this year and we were delighted on arrival to be upgraded to the delux sea view room with hot tub, which was excellent and very much appreciated. The Hotel is extremely clean and tidy and all the staff are excellent without exception. The pool is a good size for a good swim, with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The pool bar provides a good selection of food and drinks with a very friendly service. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the sea front, with bars and restaurants, close also to a supermarket, the open air cinema and bus stop to Thira.

The staff throughout the complex were amazing, all super friendly and extremely helpful - I can't emphasise enough how great everyone was for our stay! The complex itself is very tranquil and a super place to relax! Great location away from the hustle of Fira but only a quick bus trip from same; ideal location and planning on returning here! Everything was perfect for us!
