Since the hotel was fairly new, the whole experience was very comfortable. We had the Grand 2 bedroom for 4 of us. Housekeeping was great and left you feeling well taken care of. Very thoughtful of the hotel to provide beach slippers and a tote back for your trips to the beach. The swimming pool was superb with its free form and artistic design. The second pool at the roof was great as you sip your favourite cocktail while watching the sunset. One thing that we were not being informed was the room slippers and laundry bag were chargeable. Well, it's a good thought to making sustainable effort but would be great to inform your guests upfront. Worth coming back for another stay! Try it here!

I really liked the hotel, I originally wanted to stay at intercontinental but chose this hotel cause it was new and cheaper. The location was perfect. It was besides intercontinental, it's just opposite cafe del mar and a walking distance to carnival magic and Fantasea. It is also not too far from patong being on kamala. The room was very clean, Ac worked fine, breakfast spread was OK though options were limited and their app made the stay even better.

Very clean. Pools are very beatiful to take photos but not to swim. Staff are so kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet is wide. Contains european and asian foods. Hotel gave us free cupons for drinks. There is a mini shuttle to the main road but hotel is so close to the beach that you don't need it.

Clean, spacious, modern room. Amazing bath. Pool was relaxing. Staff were friendly. TV had netflix and prime. Nice cocktails.
