Good location, staff very helpful & friendly. My son forgot his jacket & we realized it after checkout that same afternoon. I immediately phoned them since we were not far away, we collected it early the next morning. The staff had it nicely kept at the reservation desk.

Location was ideal. 5 min walk to the walking street. There’s a lift to the upper floors of the train station. Parking was limited but we managed to get one for the 2 nights we were there.

I had a very comfortable stay. Very nice bathroom ameneties. Super close to train station, easy short walk if you have multiple suitcases. The staff is very polite and helpful. Bathroom is bigger than most Japanese bathrooms at this price range.
