Hotel Overview

Nestled in the Marathasa Valley, on the slopes of Troodos Mountains, Casale Panayiotis is a complex of traditional houses which combine modern luxuries with traditional style. It features a spa centre and elegant rooms overlooking the courtyard or the mountains.
Individually furnished with Cypriot hand-crafted materials, the guestrooms are heated and air conditioned. A flat-screen, smart TV, safe, minibar and coffee maker are featured. Free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer stock the bathroom. Some rooms have a fireplace, while all enjoy free Wi-Fi access.
Byzantino Restaurant prepares authentic traditional Cypriot dishes consisting of local ingredients. Each morning, the café at Casale Panayiotis serves a full English breakfast enriched with homemade jams, fresh fruits and herbal teas. An on-site wine bar and snack bar are also featured.
Guests can pamper themselves in the spa centre, equipped with treatment rooms, sauna and steam room.
A variety of byzantine churches, the monastery of St. John Lampadistis, as well as hiking trails and natural springs can be found within walking distance from Casale Panayiotis. The famous Kykkos Monastery is around 30 minutes’ drive away. It is a 50-minute drive from the city of Nicosia and the city of Limassol.

Offering more space and Cypriot-style decors, this studio combines elegance and tradition. It is heated and air conditioned, and opens to a balcony or a garden with view of the garden or mountain. A kitchenette with a minibar and tea & coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a safe are also featured. The bathroom includes free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. During winter, you can use the fireplace, while firewood is provided at a surcharge.

Tastefully furnished suites, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, en-suite and a living room with kitchenette. The suite opens to a balcony or terrace with mountain views. There is a fireplace for the winter months, with firewood available at a surcharge. We have a limited number of specially-allocated pet-friendly rooms, with dog/cat bed, bowl and treats available.

Luxurious and spacious suites with a bedroom with double bed, private shower room and a living room with kitchenette. The suite opens to a balcony or terrace with mountain views. There is a fireplace for the winter months, with firewood available at a surcharge. Please note that room rate includes full daily access to the facilities of the award-winning Myrianthousa Spa for 2 hours, including the Hydrotherapy and Thermal Suite with hydrotherapy pool, sauna, ice-mist, herbal steam, snow cabin, tropical rain and foot baths; and the Spa Lounge with complimentary fruit and beverages.

This is a great hotel complex located in the village of Kalopanayiotis. The rooms are in different historic houses. We were fortunate enough to stay at Loutraki House, situated on a hill. Therefore, we had an amazing view of the whole village and the Marathasa Winery across the hill. To make it easier to get up and down, the reception staff gave us tickets for a funicular ride. The staff were amazing — they were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room included access to spa facilities, which were also great. Finally, but certainly not least, the restaurants here were incredible — we had dinner at the Loutraki restaurant and breakfast in the Byzantino cafe, which both were delicious.
