The fine print
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. 50 SEK per person per stay for towels and 100 SEK per person per stay for bed linen.Breakfast is served at neighbour First Hotel Witt Kalmar and costs 120 SEK for adults and 50 SEK for children.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect location in central Kalmar. They have a garden where you can have breakfast and the kids can play. Very close to the local beach and to "hamnkafe" (the harbour cafe)

The hostel has a very nice location, everything is very close by. The bed was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. I was also allowed to check in early which was very nice!

Beds were comfy, shared kitchen has everything you need, close to the harbor and nearby restaurants, great place to start exploring the surroundings from.
