Highly recommended! We can only speak in superlatives about the Blue Horizont apartment and our hosts! The time spent here was an experience that exceeded all our expectations! Ioanna and her mother are marvelous hosts! And the apartment is perfect, homely! It has a fantastic atmosphere! It's evident that it has been furnished with great attention to detail, care, and love. A delightful Greek red wine awaited us on the table. On the kitchen counter, there was also a jar full of tea bags and coffee capsules. The apartment is beautiful, clean, very comfortable, spacious, and perfectly equipped. Each room has its own balcony, offering a breathtaking panorama of the sea and Kalathos beach. Blue Horizon is undoubtedly the best choice in Rhodes. We traveled by car, so Kalathos was very convenient from the perspective that any attraction on the island is easily accessible from here. The beautiful Kalathos beach, several kilometers wide, was just a five-minute drive away. We particularly loved it for its untouched naturalness and seclusion. Also within a five-minute drive, there's a large Sklavenitis supermarket, next to which is the Flevaris Grill House, whose repertoire includes gyros, souvlaki, burgers, and all kinds of Greek delicacies, available for takeaway as well. It was so wonderful being here that we would have stayed indefinitely, and we are very much looking forward to coming back! A huge thank you and many-many warm greetings to Ioanna and her lovely mother for this amazing holiday experience!

The apartment is in the highest part of the village of Kalathos, which guarantees a great view towards the sea. However, getting out without a car is not an easy task, as it’s quite a bit of climbing. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped; very clean too. The host was friendly and cooperative. We had an issue with one of the A/Cs upon arrival and she managed to arrange the repair within the next day. Kalathos itself is a very nice village with a great location - it’s close to Lindos and other popular places in Rhodes, but also has a great beach and nice restaurants.
