About the house : First of all, Ioanna has been an amazing host, welcoming us with pizza, fruit and other treats. The house is very beautiful, spacious and really close to the beach (2 mins on foot). The photographs do justice although they cant fully describe the beauty of the whole place. It is decorated with elegance but is also fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of greenery and on the other side there is an oak and a chestnut tree gently moving their leaves by the breeze. A large tv and a pretty good wifi connection kept kids happy at noons after lunch. Last but not least, its the first time my family was able to use both bathrooms to shower at the same time after coming from our swim with efficient water flow. About the surroundings: The beach is awesome. Sandy and shallow making it ideal for small children. A part of it is organized but there is still plenty of space available if you want to place your beach umbrella. The sea is crystal clear though a little bit chilly. Preveza lies 10-15 mins away from the house and is a marvellous city for walks, eating and drinks. If you have children, I highly recommend you visit Hotel Kanali for its Water Park (your kids are going to have the time of their lives!) which is about 15-20 mins from the house and very close to the Monolithi beach which is a terrific one but not really suitable for kids (it deepens in few meters). If you are up for adventure, you should visit Acheron Springs (around 55 mins from the house) and Parga (about an hour away). You will be stunned by both sightseeings.
