A lovely viewing room on the 12th floor just to chill and enjoy the atmosphere. Lovely staff and food. Plus a free shuttle bus to and from the train station.

Liked the fact that it was old school large hotel that retained most of its features and was for its well cared for. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The onsen on the top floor is small but the views are amazing. There’s a free hotel shuttle from the main train station and centre of town.

Nice view of Sakurajima at the higher levels . Good location next to a shopping mall. Staff were helpful , even when they had difficulty with English.

The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and always available. No waiting for check-in or check-out. The view in the Sakurajima-facing room my friends had was amazing.
