If there would be a rate 11 this hotel deserves it. Breakfast buffet Japanese + Western buffet. Huge range of free toiletries. Pyjama &slippers in the room.Every evening free Curry. Very helpful reception staff. Taniguchi the receptionist who speaks excellent english helped me with a clinic who does acupuncture. I had a swollen knee. With two sessions my knee was pain free I also had reflexology. Highly recommended. Super location. Walking distance from Kagoshima Chuo station.

Nice hotel - medium walk from Kagoshima Chuo station, can also take tram or bus. Good breakfast buffet and drinks machines . Laundry machines work well. great city view. Pillow selection. Amenities car.

The hotel is very well located, close to shops and restaurants as well as nightlife, and yet no noise can be heard from the room (I was on the 12th floor). I appreciated the fact that you could select your pillow free of charge on every floor.

Great staff both at reception and in the kitchen. Excellent breakfast and great extras. Clean room.
