Hotel Staff Hospitality PERFECT & Helpfully. The location is really very good, just a little walk to TRAM Station. Hotel Breakfast 10/10 delicious ( Japan Style ) we are really like it. 3 times breakfast, really ? Yes ! Oishii... Thank you

The hotel was a better kind of business hotel in Japan. The rooms were nice, but nothing special. Location was very good right between all attractions and station (walking distance but there is also the tram). The hotel had onsen but not for people with tattoos (they really should change this policy as many westerners have tattoos) Breakfast was excellent. It has a lot of local dishes, which was great. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was great, with a lot of choice, either Japanese breakfast or more European style. The staff goes above and beyond to provide great service.

Onsen was good. WIFI secure and good speed. Plenty of fresh towels if you need and 2 pillows normal when you book a single room it means one pillow. Staff were good. Tram no.2 stop right out the front only 3 stops from the JR station. No noise.
