Very close to the beach and walking distance to the train station of Juan-les-pins. The staff was very friendly

In principle everything is okay with the place, but it is quite old fashioned. The best advantage is the location, while indeed lies closer than 100 m from the main Juan le Pin beach. The building is relative quietly located, however there may be noticeable street noise. The breakfast was to French for me: tasty croissant with comfiture, and some fruits. Everything needed (shops, restaurants) nearby, practically within 5 minutes’ walk. I recommend the place.

Such a wonderful old-style hotel with simple but perfect amenities and welcoming staff. They don’t make hotels like this anymore!

Charming old building, but tastefully renovated with character. Nice private garden for drinks. Straightforward simple breakfast was served, with fresh bread and nice juice. Very close to the beach. Extremely supportive and service minded hosts. Whatever we were lacking or asking for, they aimed to please.
