Guests coming from outside the Dominican Republic must provide proof of airline ticket purchase within 24 hours of booking, otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation by host without further notice. All guests must accept Paypal or Bank Transfer as the only method of payment within 24 hours of booking, this does not mean they have to make the actual payment within 24 hours but rather accept the method of payment itself (Paypal or Bank Transfer), an email will be sent with instructions on how to make such payment before check-in using a credit or debit card or bank transfer.This property has a strict policy regarding the communication of check in time. The view to the beach and pool was beautiful. The staff were very nice and make the place secure. Facilities are very clean and nice even though it is not new. The pools are big, clean and aqua, so nice. We enjoyed our staying and hope to repeat the experience.
