The fine print
A Group Policy applies to bookings for 5 or more rooms. Cancellation fee is equal to the total reservation amount, for cancellations 20 days or less before check-in date.Dinner is served in the buffet restaurant and in-room dining is not provided.To use the free shuttle bus from Sapporo Train Station, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance.
The bus departs from the Group Bus area at the North Exit of Sapporo Train Station.

Good choices for breakfast and dinner, free parking (multi storey parking). Good onsen, spacious room and comfortable bed.

The buffet dinner and breakfast are wonderful with a large variety of food. Staff are refilling the food in a very timely manner. The public hot bath is big enough to accommodate a lot of people and no need to wait. Most staff are helpful. The public areas are very well decorated.

The meals were amazing as was the onsen. If travelling by public transport the bus stop is only 50 metres away. Comfortable rooms and a well appointed gift shop. They kindly assisted us to forward our luggage by post as it was cheaper than using Yamato.
