Really nice hotel with fantastic onsen. Hotel was empty when we stayed so got the onsen area all to myself. The in room onsen was lovely as well. No complaints!

The view of snowy landscapes at the lobby, in my room and at the restaurant was amazing. Female onsen doesn't have as great view as there's a barrier for privacy, but you can still feel the snow falling on you while soaking in the hot onsen.

Room is very spacious with pte onsen. Staff are friendly. Food for breakfast n dinner are super nice

The staffs there were very helpful, special thanks to their staff 黃少銘！The hotel helped us to book a taxi from the ski resort to the hotel however we were not sure about the pick up point. Since we could only be reached out by WhatsApp, 黃少銘 downloaded a WhatsApp on his personal phone and updated us the pickup information. We really appreciate his kindness and help！ The view of our room was stunning ！！！We enjoyed watching the snow mountain view. It was truly joyful. The private onsen was awesome！ Our room rate includes meals, we ate so full and the taste was really good. We are looking forward to come to Hokkaido and stay here again.
