Its got everything you need,strangely enough without using the A/C it’s nice and cool during the day. Simplistic booking in,Franco affable person unpretentious,wish i had of found this place before,so central to everything.

Franco is an absolute Gentleman and was so friendly and accommodating. Great location for beach, local bars and only 10 mins drive to Pattaya.
