The property offers a free scheduled shuttle service to/from Central Festival Pattaya at the following times:
- Palm Grove Resort to Central Festival: 10:00 hrs.
- Central Festival to Palm Grove Resort: 16:00 hrs.Please note that room rates for 7 nights or more do not include fees for electricity and water. Guests will be charged THB 6 per unit for electricity and THB 30 per unit for water. Complimentary cleaning service will be provided once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The garden and the pools were nice. The house is big and spacious however some things are a bit run down.
