1. It’s value for money compared to the nearby Opero or St Giles. Both which i personally think are over-priced especially during sch holidays. 2. Simple, well equipped AirBnb. 3. The condo facilities is actually pretty decent 4. It’s a short 10min walk (not sheltered) to MidValley. But its easy 5. Not sure why people complain bout the car park. I thought the entire condo was very safe. And there were loads of parking spaces, although the host’s lot was on the 5th floor. 6. Considering it’s the Hari Raya (long wkend for some SG), the lifts were easy to get. Had bad experience with other Airbnb locations before. Thus i appreciate lifts that are always available. 7. Great view of Johor. The unit was on 19th floor.

The furnishing of the unit was wonderful, well upkeeping. There's a big sofa and the TV can be turned into bedroom. The plus point is the open sky view from the living window. The unit located at high level, 20+.
