The room is spacious, also comes with a sofa bed. The reception are well decorated with ample seating for guest while waiting for transportation. Very convenient and comfortable.

The room is clean & cosy. The bathroom and toilet are separately made to make it more convenient for usage. Friendly staff with excellent service. Good that the hotel provides shuttle bus to nearby shopping malls(Komtar/City Square). Breakfast spread is reasonable, though the table and seats may be limited to the crowd.

Like the twin room. Can join 2 family. In one hotel. The wash basin, bath and toilet. All separate. So U no need to worry. All can use at once. The hotel looks news. Well maintained.

I enjoyed the service. Warm and friendly atmosphere. I really liked the privacy. Peace and quiet to relax. I'm not, but I was treated like a V.I.P..
