The fine print

I like that it serves the purpose of a hotel. The bathrooms, floors, mirrors, fridge are clean which is what is expected at a hotel. Given the price for a room per night, it definitely meets my expectations. The staffs are friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staffs. If you have a lot of bags, they provided self-service trolley that you can put your bags on.

Location was good. Open air hawker Center right behind the hotel. Stable wifi. Drinking water provided.

The location. For the room rates, it offers the best value in the area. It is near KSL Mall, Pelangi and Sentosa districts which are filled with eateries and services like Thai Massage, hair and nail salons. Value for money!

I always stays at Hallmark Regency because of the location. The location is strategic, the hotel offer free parking though outside the buildings. Breakfast improved a bit compare to last year with a coffee machine whereby one can have Americano, Latte or Cappiccino.
