Apartment was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable, toilets were clean and had anti-slip flooring.Had a great clear view facing Singapore. Walking distance to R&F mall was short within 5mins you can reach. There are a few mini marts within 500 meters or less Swimming pool was well maintained and clean,had great facilities for after swim shower and a sauna.

The host is very friendly, quick information, the house is comfortable, clean. The location is in the middle of the city, the house is fully equipped. My children really like it. We will definitely come and stay here as a family.

Excellent property. It is exactly like what you seen in the booking website. Cleanliness acceptable and property is well maintained. Beds are hard though but we had a good sleep since we were too tired. Beddings are enough and good for family. Host Andrew is very responsive and accommodative. Location is perfect as it is nearby to the places we wanted to go and nearby CIQ. As all the reviews have mentioned, there were nearby constructions ongoing but it doesn’t affect our sleep at all. We will definitely consider staying at Artsy Homestay again if we are going to JB next time.
