collecting keys wasn't good, message to go to another hotel to check in, they knew nothing about it , went to actual hotel, chatted to contact who sent someone with keys, only complaint that should be sorted, the contact was good and responded to queries. the lady at reception at Vantage was not very polite, the guy was good who assisted .
