The very warm welcome and for my husband’s birthday, they went beyond my expectations to decorate the room. The 24hr room service is a big plus and the food was good. There is also a fitness centre, sauna and spa. Our room was so spacious, beautiful and clean. Every detail was thought of. This is now my go-to place in Joburg, what an amazing stay!

Great location with nearby restaurants/mall (other than the restaurant at the hotel). Friendly helpful staff. Lovely gym, although there was a water issue particularly at the gym during our stay. Clean.

The very obvious deliberate attention to creating consistent service experience, through the many little touch points that flow through and connect accommodation, dining, and conferencing / training facilities. All the “little” things add together to a big and impressive experience. Like: ~ the seamless effort that enabled early check in while the venue was very full with the C20 convention, and very comfy room with awesome view; ~ Love the tongue in cheek humor of the amenities and the funny quote subtly put included in the sign for our training room; ~ the training room being generously well equipped, having quality coffee, having a multi plug set up on each table; ~ Great food! And seamless lunches despite large volumes of guests. ~ Overall very well done for a comprehensive Customer Experience.
