We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The fireplace added to our overall pleasant experience as it was cold. The only downside is that the Spa treatment areas are not warm enough. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel especially for couples The rooms offer great privacy and the staff respond promptly to all requests. The Sunday live music sessions are cool and a great way to end your weekend. We liked that it doesn't get too crowded and rowdy line other Sunday music sessions we've seen. It's a very classy establishment.

Absolutely Everything! From the moment I arrived, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The décor was elegant, and the spacious suite was simply stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious furnishings to the thoughtful amenities like bath salts for the tub, made my stay unforgettable. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. I can’t praise the staff enough—especially Yvonne, Mogomotsi, Smiles, and all the attentive porters. Nothing was ever too much to ask. When I requested a breakfast table for 10 to celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday, the team handled it with grace and genuine care. One of the most special touches was the personalisation throughout the property, especially the Mandela photos. It was a true honour to stay in a suite once occupied by the great leader himself. Every staff member I encountered demonstrated what exceptional service really means—professional, warm, and deeply committed to guest comfort. From being met at my car and having my bags taken, to being welcomed with friendly smiles, this experience was five-star in every sense. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
