was a nice view. kangaroos in the paddock behind. small walk to the lake, nuggets and food house warmed up quickly (visited middle of winter) house had many tea, coffee and other whitegoods available, like slow cooker and blenders. work bench in the garage was handy for snowboard setup. plenty of room in the garage on the rack to store snowboards clothesline in the garage was good for snow jackets and kept gear secure and dry
