Fantastic hotel. The onsen and hot springs are incredible - beautifully laid out with a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully designed, clean, comfortable and baths are supplied with hot spring water on tap. We ate dinner and breakfast in the buffet and both were very good. The staff are helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you!

Great hotel and nice onsen inside the room. Hotel has a lot of facilities (table tennis , gym) and playroom for kids. Dinner buffet not nice , can skip. Japanese style breakfast tastes ok only.
