Wonderful staff that went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that we could have our small dog with us 100% of the time. Food was delicious and there was a lot of it. We had booked breakfast and dinners. The surrounding place is beautiful and you can take a hike to jezerske jazero or killer hike to Bachledka like we did (the ski lift wasn’t open) Prepare to not sit on the toilet the next day. Overall it was an awesome trip and would definitely come back to this hotel.
