That the apartment located directly above the beach. The Terrace on evening was more than expected.

Stayed for 7 days. Spacious, well equipped apartaments, with everything needed for cooking. Large terrace with nice view. Comfortable beds. Beach across the road. Very responsive owner. Theres nothing to do around, so the car is needed to reach Split, but as our main goal was to travel around, the location was perfect - easy to reach everything by car.

Great view from the appartement. All things what you need you have it in the appartement. 15 min from split. 10 min to omis, 5 min dug rat. Much beaches around.

Self check-in. Host speeks english, always replys. On one hand, this apartament has everything you need. Parking, see view, wifi, air conditioning, terrace etc. On the other hand, parking is very small, with super incline drive in. If all apartaments are booked, you will have to park somewhere else. Wifi basically not working. Between apartament and see there is very busy road, that you will hear while sleeping (hard to see it on photos). In front of an apartament you dont have a beach (as it looks in photos), but there is ships. A/C is only at the hallway, not in bedrooms, so it's basically useless. All terraces are walk through for neighboors, you won't feel private here. Apartaments very dark and not cosy at all. Also it has some bad smell in it. All in all, good apartament for the price, but don't expect gem, as it could look from the photos.
