The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.The hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. The hotel staff will be happy to assist you carrying your luggage to your room. Please note that check-in is possible only until 16:00 on Fridays and on Jewish holidays. Guests are asked to inform the hotel of their expected arrival time in advance. Please note that on Yom Kippur, check-in is only possible until 12.00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. There are three big L in this room. Location, location and location. The room itself is small, you could find dust under table. But the area is great. A lot of night life there. Bars, cafee. Great public transportation facilities. There are no promised window to a garden. Only window I have had is a window to a stairway. But you will find it great. Because of night life it was very noisy area. But at room you will have silence. Great for a sleep.

The rooms are excellent value, clean, comfortable, and have lots of hot water. The building entrance is not pleasant, and I suppose the lobby is being rebuilt.

I liked the bed,the shower with the Mediterranean shampoo and body wash, the balcony was very relaxing.
