The fine print
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
JH Tip: Jardines del Sol is located only 150 mts from Olive Beach and Los Olivos, both of which are in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Excellent location, close to the harbour end of Javea. A gently walk into the old town and easy stroll to the Arenal end of Javea. All in all an excellent location. Lovely restaurants on your door step. A quiet, non overlooked beautiful apartment. Great pool and good parking facilities.
