Very well equipped, everything you can possibly need , even sun chairs for the beach ! Great secure parking a bonus. Modern, bright, meticulously clean and spacious, we just loved its location. Easy hand over and great communication from Carmen. A special thank you Carmen !

Apartment was lovely, well looked after. We know Javea very well and choose this apartment for the great location (and view) - bus stop 2 minute walk up the road. Short walk or bus trip to everywhere locally. There was no road noise from inside the apartment. The road outside can be busy but was not bothersome sitting on the balcony either (although might be more noisy in peak season). A couple of beach chairs and a few games were provided. Person was there to meet us at the time agreed and went through everything we needed to know. She spoke good enough English, so communication was easy.

Excellent position just across the road are the beach and restaurants. Great views of the beach and mountain beyond from the balcony. A comfortable and spacious apartment which had been modernised. Very well equipped kitchen and great showers with plenty of hot water.
