2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Pro: * Check-in was simple and friendly. * The location couldn't be better. * The beds are comfortable and have fresh, high-quality linens, a must for us! * The sofas are very comfortable, also important at the end of the day. * The lighting is nice, with lamp options. Some rentals only have bright, overhead lights. * We actually used the washing machine. It was simple and efficient.
