Wonderful stay in PiliPili hotels .. It really feels like home. People are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The first person l met was Dotto James, he was too arranging and allowed me early check in after my long flight from Paris. I also had the right for late check out which is very convenient as my flight back home was late in the evening. Special thanks to Mr Rami for his hospitality and care, same for Mr Sameh and Jonas..All the managers were super nice and always available. The room I had in Boho Beach was so spacious with a wonderful view on the ocean 🩵 I really appreciate the lady coming each evening to the room with the mosquito repellent spray. Nevertheless, be prepared for the power cut from time to time but generally it won’t take more than 3 minutes ..Also be informed, the air conditionner is making some noise this is why l prefered to turn it off to be able to sleep and only use the ceiling fans (which was okay for me). For the amenities, I’ve been going to the restaurants and the pools of all Pili Pili hotels. I really like the pool of Tropical Beach where you can have a drink, eat, swim in the pool with direct access to the ocean. As far as the food, I think in general it’s overpriced for the quality and quantity but Biryani in Tropical Island restaurant is something👌🏻 Another thing l would like to highlight is the great communication l had with the staff before even coming to the hotel .. they were always available and super reactive to guide me and answer to all my questions. Something else l highly appreciated is the security around the hotel thanks to the private company ensuring the safety of customers! Overall, I had a wonderful experience in Pili Pili, and l would like to warmly thank each person who contributed to that but constructive criticism seems compulsory to improve and be more competitive 😊 Merci beaucoup et à bientôt 🙏🏻🫶🏻

All workers are so helpful and charming good service from. Breakfast and dinner and I'm impressed with everything during my 4 days of staying in the Pilipili boho hotel.

I spent 6 wonderful nights at Pili Pili Hotel and truly felt at home. From the delicious breakfasts to the peaceful beachside atmosphere, everything was just perfect. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the incredible staff. A very special thank you to Mr. Jonas Festo, whose kindness, helpfulness, and joyful spirit brightened every day—he truly deserves a 10 out of 10. Mr. Joseph Mwikwabe was always there whenever I needed assistance. Even with the challenges of poor internet, he went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Another well-deserved 10 out of 10. Mr. Tanda, with his constant smile and warm demeanor, also gets a solid 10. Mr. Viktor, who managed the food and beverage team with great professionalism and attention to detail—10 points to him as well. And last but not least, Chef Godfrey, whose food was absolutely delicious every single time—he too gets a big 10!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for over a month, and it was truly one of the best in terms of quality service. The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The surroundings were breathtaking, and the room facilities, along with the cleanliness, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar and wish them continued success!
