Sparkly clean! That was the first impression. The building and room were well maintained, as well as the amenities. The location is super convenient as it is central and next to Lotte Mall. The staff was helpful and friendly. The washing machine and the laundry detergent are helpful when you stay with the family for quite a while.

The location was superb, next to Lotte Mall and few others like Kuningan City Mall, Ambassador Mall. Make it easy to get variety of foods n stuff. Very friendly staff. Would definitely come here again but need to make sure to book the refurbished unit.
