My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. This hotel is located in main market area where there are many restaurants. All staffs at hotel were very helpful. Mr. Ami Sebagai Front Desk Agent was very helpful, gentle and ever smiling person. He was very prompt. early morning at 2:30 am he promptly book taxi for airport. He guided taxi driver to take me airport comfortably. I am looking forward to see him again in my next visit.

Booked this hotel at the eleventh hour with no expectations. but to my surprise, it somehow exceeded my expectations. The room are huge and very spacious. Check in process was smooth and fast. Location wise - walking distance to all the famous and hipster places.

The location is great. Near to train station. Many shopping outlets and restaurants are nearby. Got spa centre with affordable price. Same building and entrance with Starbucks. Value for money.
