I come and stay every year at the Marriott because it is conveniently located close to the Jaipur Literature Festival venue. This year my stay was absolutely dismal. Other than the SPA every other service in the hotel just plummeted. The cleaning and food hygiene aren’t absolutely up to a Marriott hotel. Most of the staff is absolutely clueless about their jobs, and one of the manager I had met the previous year told me he was contemplating leaving the hotel because he felt he wasn’t able to do his job because he spent the majority of his time apologizing to clients. There is clearly an upper level management problem, I am hopeful things will improve in the near future. As things stand, however, I definitely cannot recommend a stay in this property which is a shame to the Marriott name.

All hotel facilities were perfect My important reason for staying at the hotel is the venue for Jaipur litfest is very near. As also I am a Marriott Bonvoy member
