Very nice hotel located on a great bay. Staff were great! 5 stars to the hotel team! Terrific view from our room. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, very tasty.

Excellent communication and treatment of the staff. From reception to restaurant/breakfast/ bar and/or beach personnel the whole team is extremely welcoming and attentive and customer satisfaction oriented. This was exceptionally and extremely well. I congratulate the hotel management to gather such a team of people and for robusting a customer happiness culture, kindness among the whole team. I like the beach, pool as well. Very clean and not crowded. Sea is a bit wavey but very clean. Breakfast has a nice selection of buffet and was delicious. Hotel Garden is very green. Fantastic view from our room. There is also a Spa inside the hotel but we could not have time to visit since we enjoyed the beach instead.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff — incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. From the reception to the restaurants, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their warm attitude and genuine care are the main reasons I’m giving this hotel a 10/10. A special thank you to Aylin Hanım from Guest Relations — she was always around, helping guests with a big smile. You can really feel that the team cares about your experience. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Greek island of Chios — truly special to wake up to that each morning. The hotel also has a private beach area and pool, though the beach itself is more basic and the sea is colder than in other parts of Çeşme. Overall, a great and memorable stay — and all thanks to the amazing team!
