I recently stayed for 2 nights at your beautiful hotel and wanted to extend my appreciation for the excellent hospitality and impressive facilities. A special thanks to Mr. Tanju, who kindly assisted in adjusting my reservation from 3 nights to 2, as my business trip concluded earlier than expected. His professionalism and support made the change smooth and stress-free. Thank you once again for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to Istanbul.

It was great‼️ I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the spa was lovely. I would recommend. Special thanks to Umit who upgraded me to a 1 bedroom apartment and Sema for the lovely coffee. I will return for sure.

As soon as we entered the building it was very luxurious and clean, all of the staff greeted us with an amazing smile and great manners. There was one particular staff i would like to thank which is Şeymanur she was very helpful and had amazing communication skills and customer service. We were expecting satisfied with our stay and the room itself was lovely and comfortable. Not to forget we were greeted with a fruit plate and some chocolates which was nice and unexpected . 10 out of 10 from me and my husband. We used the spa facilities ending it with a massage great prices and again great service.
