The staff was amazing, always willing to help and super friendly! The location is very beautiful, and the rooms are equipped with eveyrhing we need and also very nice, my daughter loved the indoor pool and play area.

The room was standard, spacious enough for two. The bed was large and comfortable. Сonveniently located next to the Bosphorus. Breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The service was incredible and easily beat any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were kind, welcoming and went above and beyond to make the trip special for me and my family. When the staff realised I had booked this trip for my birthday, they went up to the room and decorated it with cake and balloon. It was the sweetest gesture and greatly appreciated. Will definitely be returning to Istanbul just to stay at this hotel!
