My second stay at the Craton Hotel was amazing; the rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel had a nice scent similar to the scent at burj Khalifa. The staff were excellent especially Mertcan at the reception, there is no doubt Craton Hotel is one of the best hotels in Istanbul and its proximity to one of the biggest malls in Istanbul

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, and there’s a good reason I keep coming back whenever I’m in Istanbul for a short stay. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the metro station, bus stops, and right next to a large shopping mall, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. The hotel itself is consistently clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough to fit three people comfortably, which is great when traveling with family. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options to start the day right. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to stay, and the location is exactly what keeps bringing me back.

The staff were helpful, especially Yigit and Mertcan. It was close to the area where I had business meetings. The internet worked well and it was comfortable.
