It was clean, the staff was very helpful especially lady at the front desk. If we ever go back to Istanbul, Taksim Story Residence will be our choice. We park our car in front of the hotel and everything was secure and good.

It was clean and had a balcony which I wanted as a smoker. Also the room was comfy with a small kitchen. Me personally I enjoyed the area because it's authentic.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff and at your service 24 hours. The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Taksim square. Peaceful and quiet area. Highly recommended.
