The hotel was clean and quite comfortable, but the main part of me writing this review is due to the exceptional customer service I received from the staff. Everyone was very good but I have to give a special commendation to Mr Burak & Mr Ozgur and the gentleman in the restaurant that was attending to breakfast. These 3 gentlemen are the epitome of customer service and how guests should be treated. They went above and beyond on every occasion possible. The hospitality industry is not easy and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. I can honestly say I received some of the best service from these to Gentlemen that I ever have. I will be back in Istanbul at some-point and there are many hotel choices locally, some that may even have higher ratings online but the service I received from all the staff here but particularly these 3 gentlemen, will make me come back to this hotel. I hope the management do take note and recognise this as they are a huge asset to your business. These are the type of people that should be first in line when it comes to promotions or delivering training and development to others.

Great hotell, receptionnist Suleyman (Big Galatasaray fan) was really fantastic in helping in whatever service you will need. Definitely will come back
