Our stay at the Sultan Mehmed Hotel was truly unforgettable. Visiting Istanbul had always been a dream of my mother’s, and thanks to this wonderful place, it became a reality in the most beautiful way. The hotel’s location was perfect — we were able to explore almost everything on foot, which made our experience even more immersive. The room was spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to separate beds free of charge, which added to our comfort. But what truly made our stay so special was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their generosity, smiles, and sincere attention went far beyond what we expected. A heartfelt thank you to Hikmet, who looked after us with such care, always ready to help with a calm, respectful, and gentle presence. To Can, thank you for the thoughtful advice and laughter — your energy and kindness made a real difference to our days. To Nazire, your Turkish breakfasts were a daily delight, and it was a joy to be greeted by your warm smile every morning. And to Sabir, thank you for your help late at night when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning — your patience and efficiency were so appreciated. To all the team at Sultan Mehmed Hotel: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our week in Istanbul so memorable. I recently stayed at Sultan Mehmet Hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service, stunning spacious clean and comfortable beds and linen .The staff were warm, welcoming I would highly recommend ,to anyone seeking a home away from home stay.The combination of excellent hospitality, and comfortable rooms makes it a true gem. Walking distance from main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. The hotel is new and Mehmed was able to recommend us a lot of activities and restaurants nearby.
