Location is verygood , staff very kind and friendly, very helpful they helped with my mobile wifi not received and get money refund and offered solution from esim. Cleaning on daily and changing towels. Great breakfast.

Service was exceptional - we got arranged transfer from airport to the hotel, and as soon as we got to hotel the receptionist offered to plan our vacation for the next couple of days (since it was our first time in Istanbul) and also gave us a few tips along the way.

near to tourist attractions. convenient. there was also a shop nearby for some toiletries. staff (Otayi in particular) was helpful and kind. i love the terrace where breakfast is.
