There are many great hotels in Istanbul, but this is one of the few where a taxi is not required. From the hotel, its possible to stroll to many of the attractions and old town. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. In particular, the guest relations manager Candan was very helpful and the rooms manager Mustafaq was fantastic. The outdoor bar overlooks the Bosphorous and the gym & pool are also great. Overall a great stay.

Day 2 in our hotel the AC had a glitch which became very frustrating for me and my baby! Thankfully, the floor manager came to the rescue his name Tibet♡ He literally took over the whole situation and resolved it so smoothly. His hospitality and care was beyond my expectations, Thank you sincerely! We Loved the rest of our stay here.. staff cleansiness and location Is just perfect. I'll definitely be visiting again with me family.

The lobby was inviting and well-kept, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent, and the lady who cleaned my room was sweet and courteous. The location was perfect for me—close to convenience stores, a great selection of restaurants, and just a short walk to Taksim Metro Station, making it very easy to get around. I didn’t mind the music at night due to the lively, central setting. The breakfast offered a good variety and catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The pool and sauna facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Staff were overall friendly and helpfu to mel. I felt welcomed and well-treated.
