This property is truly a gem. The location is perfect to visit all of the key attractions in the area. It offers a swimming pool, a complimentary family hamam and the staff are all very friendly. Manager Okay was the cherry on the top providing useful guidance throughout the stay. He also led a complimentary tour of the area which was incredibly insightful and one of the highlights of our stay.

Breakfast was adequate a very large selection. I fruit which was melon nothing else . The egg in chafing dish was dried up, the croissants would have been better but chaffing dish dried them up. Maybe not heat them, there was a lovely bread to slice. We ordered ice for the room which was nice . Roof top was wonderful. Great shopping accros from entrance.

Staff very welcoming when we arrived and helpful throughout our stay. Very clean rooms. Good choice of foods for breakfast which was included. Excellent location in the heart of old Istanbul. 20m to tram line. Across the road from Tokyo’s Palace , easy walking to Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns, Hagia Sofia & more Would stay again

Great location / could walk to all major attractions Amazing helpful staff My husband is gluten free and there was a bag full gf products ( bread, biscuits, cake etc) in our room Lovely roof top terrace overlooking palace gardens
