Location is great. The front desk reception provide an excellent service. The Gym and the swimming pool.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were professional and attentive. A fantastic feature, especially during the hot Istanbul days, was the swimming pool — a perfect way to cool down. Communication regarding the invoice was smooth and hassle-free. Breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of options so that everyone could find something they liked. Additionally, the metro line right outside the hotel made getting around Istanbul incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, a great stay with excellent amenities and location!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff on the reception was helpful. The cleaning lady "Shenur" was very sweet and kept our room sparkling clean. The best thing was that there is a Starbucks inside the hotel which is open 24/7, so that was very convenient.
